Please read these terms carefully before using the tkpk8 platform. These terms define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tkpk8 platform and all its services. By creating an account on tkpk8 or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

tkpk8 operates as a trusted and reliable platform in Bangladesh's online entertainment market. Our goal is to ensure a safe, transparent and enjoyable experience for every user.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered legally binding. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be treated as the final authoritative text.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on tkpk8, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. tkpk8 reserves the right to verify a user's age and may request proof of age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one tkpk8 account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account or identity document is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any pending rewards or bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The information you provide at the time of registration must be true, complete and up to date. Providing false information will result in account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information should not be shared with any third party. tkpk8 will never ask for your password by phone, email or chat.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tkpk8 follows a customer identity verification process to operate a secure platform. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or at any time:

  • A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method
  • Proof of address document (if required)

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account's activity may be restricted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

tkpk8 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
  • tkpk8 does not apply any additional charges on deposits (charges from the payment provider may apply)

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
  • Processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Funds related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met

4.3 Withdrawal Delays

Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the following circumstances: if identity verification has not been completed, if unusual transactions are detected, or if there are issues with bonus requirement fulfilment.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To claim this bonus, apply the promo code at the time of making your deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus is applicable only once per user, device, IP address and payment method
  • Once a bonus has been issued, it cannot be transferred to another account
  • tkpk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, tkpk8 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings
  • Promotional offers must be used before their specified expiry date

5.4 VIP Program

tkpk8's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback rates of up to 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.1% and 1.5% respectively. 6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on tkpk8 are operated fairly and transparently. We use software from internationally recognised game providers that utilise independently verifiable random number generators (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market type. These limits are displayed in the game interface and may change at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a bet is cancelled due to a server error, disconnection or any other technical issue, the deposited funds will be returned. In cases of technical issues, tkpk8's decision shall be considered final.

6.4 Bet Outcomes

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpk8 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Abusing bonus offers (bonus abuse / arbitrage)
  • Placing bets using any software, bots or automated methods
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes (collusion)
  • Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform
  • Conducting fraudulent or deceptive transactions
  • Using the platform for illegal money transfers (money laundering)
  • Harassing or causing harm to other users
  • Using a false identity or forged documents

8 Responsible Gaming
